About this apartment rental
Swim in the Mediterranean sea or take a quick drive to the city centre of Valras-Plage when you stay at our apartment. Discover French cuisine and many activities nearby, including golf, the cinema, and water sports.

Our 50 m2 rental is the perfect place to explore all that Valras-Plage and the nearby commune, Béziers, have to offer.
• 1 Bedroom: double bed
• Mezzanine: 2 single beds & storage space
• Living Area: pull-out sofa bed, TV + private terrace or loggia
• 1 Bathroom: shower & separate toilet.
• Kitchenette: fridge, ceramic hob, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. For easy clean-up, borrow our vacuum cleaner, available upon request.
LOCAL FAVOURITES
• Food and Drink: Hungry? Sit on the patio at Restaurant Chez Maryse et Régis, a French restaurant we highly recommend close to the sea and a 5-minute drive from the resort. There are also a few pizza restaurants nearby.
• Outdoor Activities: When you’re done with the sun and surf, take the car to the city centre of Valras-Plage, a 2.8 km drive from the residence. For a fun outing, take in a concert at Le Palais de la Mer, a performance hall, just a 15-min drive.
• Places to See: Take the kids to Palais de la Maquette - musée Lego, a lego museum 2.8 km from the apartment.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Dive into our outdoor swimming pool, open every day from 10 am to 8 pm from the beginning of April to the end of October. Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.
• Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/kit
• Beds can be made on arrival for €10
• Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit/week
• Bed linen and towels: €25
• End-of-stay cleaning: €40–€150 (depending on accommodation size)
• Wi-Fi (limited access) is free at the reception
• A cleaning kit is available for €3.90/ kit
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay.
• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive.

The apartment was spacious, it would have been comfortable for a family of four but there was just the two of us, consequently we had plenty of space.The bed was very comfortable and i liked the fact that there were matress and pillow protectors. Furniture was serviceable although dated and maybe could be refurbished quite easily with a coat of paint. The walls too would benefit from a coat of paint, and the staircase needed revarnishing. The door to the apartment was badly marked.In terms of equipment both kitchen and throughout the apartment offered everything you needed to be able to facilitate cooking and eating. A dishwasher was also available.The view from the balcony was pleasant overlooking the pool and the sea. Unfortunately our balcony did not get the sun until about 2.pm.i would have prefered a sunnier position.Everything worked perfectly but we were disappointed that all the satellite channels were French. We realised later that you could change the language on the tv to English the day before we left. It would have been nice to be told this.The staff were helpful and polite when we struggled communicating.In essence a good base in which to explore the area. I would recommend.
