Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with no neighbors on one side, the home is in the heart of all the Branson has to offer.

LIVING ROOM
The open-concept living area creates a welcoming gathering place where your entire group can spend time together, whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast, planning a day of Branson adventures, or settling in for a cozy evening at home. Curl up on one of the two couches and enjoy the smart TV or choose from our many board games, puzzles, books, and toys.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a haven for those who enjoy preparing meals together. Adjacent is a spacious dining table, ideal for family meals or board game matches.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the home offers plenty of space and privacy for families, multiple couples, multigenerational groups, and friends traveling together.
-BEDROOM 1: We like to call this the Primary Suite. It features a king bed; private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity; private balcony with gorgeous lake views.

A converted garage covered in fun murals and showcasing shuffleboard, ping-pong, foosball, and darts is sure to keep both kids and adults entertained.

OUTDOOR SPACE
When interested in outdoor leisure choose from the serene deck that houses the hot tub or the stone fire pit encircled by benches. **Please note that the outdoor space is not fenced in**

PARKING
There is plenty of space to park in the driveway. **Please be aware that the driveway is fairly steep.**

STAIRS
This is a multi-level home requiring several stairs to be traversed, including entry to the home, which is at the top of a staircase.

POOL
Guests have access to a community pool and hot tub located 5 minutes walking distance. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. **Please note that since we do not run the pool ourselves, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay should there be issues with maintenance, etc.**

Other things to note
There is lake access via a trail at the end of the cul-de-sac. It is a bit of a hike and the shore is quite rocky, but can be a great spot for fishing or relaxing on the water!
