Welcome to our 3BR/2.5BA waterfront home, your Pelican's Paradise! This property has been totally renovated inside to be a clean, peaceful, and family-friendly escape, thoughtfully designed with a charming coastal theme.
The flat lot and easy steps to the dock make lake life effortless. You're centrally located on Horseshoe Bend (8MM), but tucked away for tranquility. We offer convenient parking for 4 cars and a secure, fenced-in yard for family playtime.

From the paved, flat driveway right to the front door, step inside and enjoy a space built for comfort and style.
Living Room: Relax in the main living area featuring a beautiful electric fireplace and a large 58" TV.
Master Suite: The main floor master bedroom boasts a comfortable King-sized bed and its own TV for unwinding.
Upstairs Bedrooms: The two upstairs bedrooms both feature Queen-sized beds. One includes a TV, while the other offers a quiet retreat.
Extra Sleeping: A rollaway bed is available to accommodate an extra guest.
Outdoor Cooking: A propane grill is available for your use, perfect for enjoying a meal lakeside.
Lake Amenities: Planning to rent a boat? We've got you covered! An empty boat slip (10x24) is available for your exclusive use during your stay, making it simple to keep your rental boat right on the water.
