Teak Village 1 is a spacious and beautifully maintained waterfront home located in the heart of Horseshoe Bend at the 8.5 MM, just off Bittersweet Road. Perfect for both relaxation and adventure, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront getaway comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers stunning lake views from nearly every window on the main floor. The home features a king master suite with a private balcony overlooking the water, a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Step outside to the expansive lakeside deck complete with patio furniture and a gas grill, making it the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, or beautiful Lake of the Ozarks sunsets. Just a few steps below, guests can enjoy a private dock with a 10x24 boat slip and swim platform for easy lake access and summer fun.
Conveniently located near popular waterfront restaurants, live music, golf courses, shopping, marinas, and local attractions, Teak Village 1 offers the ideal balance of privacy and entertainment. The Four Seasons Golf Course is only minutes away, and Osage Beach shopping and dining are just a short drive from the property. A 4-night minimum stay is required in June and July, with a 3-night minimum during the rest of the year.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. We were very surprised at how spacious the house was. The deck was a beautiful place to comfortably relax and spend our time. The house was clean, perfect for a family of 5, and within walking distance to many places! We had a wonderful time eating, grilling and sitting on the patio, and loved all the natural light inside the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated as well- we will be back!

The location was great and house was everything we hoped for! The inside was very clean and welcoming. The deck was a great space with a nice seating area to eat and relax. It was very hot while we were there and the umbrellas were perfect. The dock was very large and where we spent most of our time. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. We plan to return again!
