Welcome to our Vacation Apartment 30—your stylish vacation home on the sunny island of Fehmarn. This high-end, ground-floor apartment offers plenty of space for up to three people in its spacious approx. 84 m² and is particularly well-suited for couples or small families who appreciate comfort, tranquility, and an exclusive atmosphere.
The modern and tasteful furnishings create a pleasant living experience from the very first moment. The open-concept living and dining area with a high-quality kitchen invites you to cook together and spend time relaxing. On cooler days, the cozy masonry fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making the apartment a special retreat even outside the summer season.
A real highlight is the light-filled sunroom, which opens directly onto the spacious south-facing terrace. Here you can enjoy relaxing moments in any weather—whether having breakfast in the morning sun, reading a good book, or enjoying a cozy barbecue evening. The gently splashing granite fountain and the electric awning further create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and invite you to unwind.
The vacation rental is located in a quiet area yet is in close proximity to the beach, the Burgstaaken harbor, and the historic downtown area of Burg on Fehmarn. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and numerous recreational activities are easily accessible by bike or just a few minutes away by car. The island’s many biking and hiking trails also start practically right outside the front door.
Whether it’s relaxing days at the beach, long bike rides, water sports, or exciting excursions along the Baltic Sea coast—Fehmarn offers the perfect conditions for a varied and relaxing vacation in every season.

Please note: Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental. Please note that even the rentals where pets are not allowed cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.
You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10:00 a.m.) and a late check-out (departure by 4:00 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before your arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to back-to-back bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must directly follow the previous one and be followed by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap in the applicable minimum rental period between two bookings. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
Additional Fees: Booking Fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
