In no time at all, you and your loved ones will have left your everyday worries behind and switched to relaxation mode. You’ll quickly come to appreciate the laid-back atmosphere. All of the island’s recreational activities and attractions are just a few minutes away, so you can plan your day on the fly. The home’s central yet quiet location is close to the harbor, town, and beach, yet sheltered from noise and traffic.
The 72 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building at Reiterkoppel 47a. The bright and modernly furnished apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi), provided by a third-party provider.
The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms that sleep 2 and 3 people respectively, and a spacious bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.
The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished. It features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio, and a DVD player. A fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere year-round. You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.
A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone. Dish sponges, dish towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, etc., are also provided.
The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and heated towel rack ensure a comfortably warm shower experience. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. A roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. An ironing board and iron are also available for your use.
The master bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed, and the children’s room has a bunk bed—the bottom bunk measures 140x200 cm and the top bunk 90x200 cm. A travel crib with a mattress, a high chair, and a changing pad are provided.
From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace and into the garden, which features a new play structure and sandbox—perfect for relaxing and playing. Garden furniture, a lounge chair, and a grill are at your disposal for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings.
A lockable bike shed for your bicycles and e-bikes is available.
