The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept. It features a comfortable seating area and a dining area for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can dine al-fresco style and enjoy the street views.
The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances such as an oven, a cooking plate, a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil culinary requirements.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), and the second has a double bed (140x190). Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. A washer is also available.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

In the eclectic 17th arrondissement, hip young locals hang out at trendy bars on Place de Clichy square while tourists visit the stately Musée National Jean-Jacques Henner and its 19th-century portraits. Batignolles district, home to narrow streets packed with shops, wine bars and eateries, draws bohemian crowds. Nearby, imposing boulevards converge at Place Charles de Gaulle, the starting point of the Champs Elysées.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Guy Môquet (line 13), is just a 1-minute walk.
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
