Sleep inside a piece of Cretan history. SCHOOL HOUSE 1922 is the original stone school from 1922, transformed into a luxury villa, featuring its authentic stone sign “Year 1922 – D.N.L.” inside.
The main residence (169 sq.m., up to 219 sq.m. with the second 50 sq.m. bedroom available for an extra fee) offers a 90 sq.m. living room with two corner sofa beds for 9 people, a 50" TV, 7-channel sound system, crystal dining table for 6, wood stove, and ambient lighting. The 35 sq.m. bedroom has a 2.20m king-size bed, 40" TV, leather sofa, and a stone spa bathroom with panoramic mirrors. The indoor gym includes an elliptical, power plate, and multi-gym.
Heating: wood stoves, gas fireplace, stone kitchen fireplace, and 3 air conditioners. Unlimited hot water from an instant heater. The spa bathroom features a 7-point hydromassage and foot bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, air fryer, grill, beer machines, and more.
Outdoors: 150 sq.m. ground floor area with parking for 2 cars, dining areas, BBQ, darts, and air hockey.
