The property features a private outdoor bowling alley, a rare and exciting amenity perfect for friendly competition with family and friends. Younger guests will love the outdoor playground area, giving them plenty of space to play and explore while adults relax nearby.
-After a day of adventure in the Smoky Mountains, unwind in the private hot tub while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
Indoor Pool Retreat
-Rain or shine, the fun never stops thanks to the private indoor pool. Whether you want a morning swim or a relaxing evening dip, this space is perfect for year-round enjoyment.
Ultimate Game Room
-The cabin features a fully decked-out, custom game room designed for nonstop entertainment. Gather the group for games, competitions, and late-night fun in a space built to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay.
Themed Bunk Room
-Kids and kids-at-heart will love the woodsy, themed bunk room, designed to make bedtime just as fun as the daytime adventures. It’s the perfect place for younger guests to hang out, sleep, and create lasting vacation memories.

***This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favorite local spots.
