This custom-built, two-story beachfront home offers approximately 2,610 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The upper level features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a jetted soaking tub. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides a bright and welcoming gathering space with stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a variety of small appliances, including an air fryer, while Smart TVs throughout the home make it easy to relax after a day of adventure. Beautiful Brazilian cherry wood flooring, granite countertops, and marble tile finishes add warmth and elegance throughout the residence.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, offering a California king bed and a queen bed, along with convenient access to full bathrooms. A TV lounge area includes a sleeper sofa suitable for one adult or two children, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Great house with lots of room.Tremendous views and almost right on the beach. There is a small parking lot between the house and beach but it’s not a big deal. A multigenerational family of 6 aduls and a toddler stayed here for 8 nights and we had everything we needed. The house was large and comfortable enough for all of us.Plenty of outdoor spaces including upstairs and downstairs dining tables and lots of chairs.The furnishings are fine and very comfortable but some furniture is starting to show its age, especially the primary bedroom where the drawers were very hard to operate.The main thing this house is missing is central air conditioning. You don’t need it for the heat, but on Hanalei Bay where it rains several times a day in the dry season, humidity is a concern. If you don’t mind 70-80% humidity inside, you will be OK. It is surprising that such a nice and expensive house doesn’t have AC, as most neighbors appear to have some air conditioning. Another small disappointment is the Sonos speakers which are difficult to use if you are not the owner of the system and dont have the app to control it. A simple bluetooth speaker would be much easier for the casual renter. The only tv remotes provided are for the Apple TV which work great. However if you travel with your own streaming device as we have for the past 10 years, you can not use it because there is no TV remote to let you change the source. Overall we had a great stay and would do it again.

Wonderful house and great location right on the beach. The house was exceptionally clean and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Pine Tree Villa could not have a more perfect location and the clear view of Hanalei Bay will add magic any time of year. The house was well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Make sure to plan ahead and book desired hikes and activities well in advance as the area is popular and admission to the Koke’e State Park for hiking on the Nā Pali Coast is limited for crowd control. However, if all you want to do is relax and enjoy the beach, you’re in the right place. You can easily walk into town or drive 3 minutes for tons of cute shops and restaurants! Our 5 kids ages 15-21 loved all of it!
