Discover the beauty of Gilford from this 3-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a king bed, a queen bed, and a cozy bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Two bathrooms include a relaxing bathtub and handy hair dryer. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet mornings, this beautiful home offers a quaint and amazing retreat. 🏔️ Mountain Setting: The chalet is located in a beautiful mountain terrain. During winter months, mountain roads can be icy or snow-covered. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended from November through April.
🐾 Pet Policy: We love animals, but to ensure the property remains pristine for all guests, pets are only allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited.
💦 Hot Tub & Premium Amenities: Our luxury hot tub and premium zero-gravity massage chair are available for guest enjoyment. To keep them in pristine condition, specific usage rules apply (absolutely no pets or glass are allowed in or around the hot tub; children must be supervised at all times).
🤫 Local Ordinance & Quiet Hours: We strictly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our wonderful neighbors. Outdoor music or loud noise during these times is prohibited by town rules.
🔔 Front Door Security: For your safety and the security of the property, please note there is a Ring video doorbell camera located at the main entrance door monitoring the exterior entry area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the chalet or facing private relaxation spaces like the hot tub area.
