Whether you're carving down the slopes at Gunstock Mountain, soaking up summer on Lake Winnipesaukee, or cozying up by the fire pit under the stars — this is the place your family will want to return to year after year.
Space for Everyone
The open-concept main floor is designed for togetherness — a spacious living area flows into a large kitchen, a sitting nook, and a convenient laundry area. Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and make mornings special at our full coffee and waffle bar, stocked with coffees, espresso pods, K-cups, teas, hot chocolate, flavored syrups, and everything in between.
Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms, a full bath, and a quiet workspace. The primary bedroom features a king bed plus a twin-with-trundle — perfect for families — and a private balcony with sweeping views that make the perfect perch for your morning cup. The second bedroom also offers a plush king bed.
Total sleeping capacity: up to 8 guests across the two bedrooms and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa with foam topper downstairs.
Evenings to Remember
As the day winds down, gather on the large deck or head to the fire pit for s'mores with the whole crew. Plenty of seating means no one gets left out.

Great location...minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort and the Lake. If you're a coffee lover this place is awesome. Super dog friendly as well. Hosts were very accomadating.

I stayed here with my family for a long weekend and we couldn’t ask for a better rental! Very clean, great location, easy check in. The house was stocked with everything we could need and more. The kitchen was great for cooking and was completely stocked along with a great coffee bar. Would definitely recommend!
