THE ACCOMMODATION:
This beautifully presented detached house has six bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a Twin Bedroom. Moving to the first floor, the Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and the benefit of an ensuite shower room and toilet. The third bedroom is a Triple Bedroom with three Single Beds. There are also two Double Bedrooms and a further Single Bedroom.

The lounge is tastefully furnished and has doors leading out to the garden. The lounge includes a SMART TV, DVD and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The impressive open plan kitchen/diner is the heart of the home and features a large central island with seating for six guests on bar stools. The room benefits from bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, creating a bright and sociable space for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with a RANGE GAS COOKER - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is also a separate utility room with a WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER.

The separate dining room provides ample space for family meals and entertaining.

Situated on the first floor is a family bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, a separate shower cubicle and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor for added convenience.

The spacious garden offers a large patio area furnished with rattan seating and a table and chairs, leading onto a lawned garden, ideal for families to enjoy the outdoor space.

There is off road parking available on the driveway for three cars.

This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. Please note the twin bedroom on the ground floor and the triple bedroom on the first floor both have two single beds that can be zip and linked together to make a super king bed - these beds will be set up with linen as two single beds as standard. THE LOCAL AREA:
Situated in the desirable Boscombe Manor area, this property enjoys an excellent location close to the coastline and within easy reach of Southbourne. Southbourne Grove, with its bustling hub of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops, is only a short walk from the house. Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The area has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a lifeguard station and a wide range of leisure activities including a surf school at Boscombe and the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre. The beach is easily accessed from the Portman Ravine or Fishermans Walk zig-zag path, which also has a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top, all only a few minutes walk from the property. Bournemouth Pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the house or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 15 minute stroll along the promenade. Wick Village is a short drive away with riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that can take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sandbank. Christchurch town centre is just a short drive offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town. Bournemouth Train Station, with direct trains to London, Birmingham and Manchester, is approximately a 10 minute drive/taxi ride.
