About this apartment rental
Welcome to Puerto Rico! Coral Beach Condo. Enjoy the ocean-view one bedroom apartment with balcony and one parking spot. Pool, beach access, tennis and basketball court. The condo is located at the heart of Isla Verde Beach. Near the condo you will find nightlife, hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and more. Just 5 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport.
Studio and one bathroom apartment. Living area, equipped kitchen, balcony with partial view to the beach.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment and all its amenities. Additionally, you can enjoy the shared pool, and you have direct access to Isla Verde Beach. Self check-in with smart lock anytime after 4:00 pm (check in time). Self check-in with smart lock anytime after 4:00 pm (check in time).
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. If you need anything please let me know.
-The property is prepared for the enjoyment of two guests. If there are extra guests, an additional fee of $50.00 will be charged for each guest and for each night.
-Coquí Frog is a small tropical frog that is widespread throughout the island and that has a very recognizable breeding call that rises in pitch and sounds like a whistled CO-KEE during the night.
-The building has an emergency generator that powers common areas and elevators, but it does not provide electricity inside the apartment.
If your reservation is confirmed on the same day as check-in, it must be before 3:00 PM in order to register you as a guest of the condominium and provide access for security purposes, as well as to receive your wristbands.
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
A $50 charge will be added for lost or stolen key fob.
To conserve the environment and save energy, please turn off the lights and air conditioners while you are not in the apartment. If you are in the apartment and keep the air conditioner on, please keep the doors and windows closed for the best operation of the air conditioning equipment.
Children under 12 should always be accompanied by and adult while in common areas (beach, pool and bbq area)
Pick up and discard trash after check-out.
Welcome to Coral Beach! We hope you enjoy your stay. Remember, you are staying in a residential building, so please observe the following rules.
Breaking these rules could result in fines to your host, which could be passed on to you, and could impact the rating you receive for your stay:
1. Condominium Rules
a. Quiet Hours: 9pm-9am
b. Garbage disposal: On each floor, within the cargo elevator lobby, there is a garbage closet. Leaving garbage anywhere else on the property is not allowed.
DISPOSING OF GARBAGE ANYWHERE ELSE WILL RESULT IN A FINE.
c. Elevator and lobby protocols: There are two sets of elevators, the regular elevators in the lobby and the cargo elevators off the hallway on the way to the pool. When wearing bathing suits, carrying coolers, walking dogs, or transporting luggage, you are required to use the cargo elevators.
d. Visitor bracelets: Your visitor bracelets must be always worn when using our communal areas. Please make sure everyone in your party is registered and has a bracelet. Unregistered visitors are not allowed in communal areas and you, and your host will be subject to fines if this occurs. If your bracelet breaks, bring the broken one to the admin office for a replacement ($1). If you lose a bracelet, a replacement will cost $10.
e. Hallways: Please obey quiet hours in the hallways. Leaving items in the hallway is not permitted (e.g., beach chairs, coolers, etc.).
f. Luggage storage: There is so luggage storage available on site other than in the apartment you have rented if your host can accommodate. Otherwise, you can contact Green Island Realty to arrange paid luggage storage.
g. Parking: Not permitted anywhere on the property except in the parking spot assigned to the apartment.
h. Pets: There is a designated pet relief area located in the patio near the beach. All pets must be leashed in the communal areas.
i. Balcony railings: Avoid accidents by not leaning on the railings or permitting small children or pets to be on them without supervision. Also, please note that leaving bathing suits, towels, etc. to dry on the railings is not permitted and may result in a fine.
2. Condominium Amenities
a. Common area general rules: This is a residential building, so we expect our guests to adhere to appropriate decorum when enjoying any of our spaces.
b. Trash in common areas: Please do not leave litter lying around, there are plenty of garbage bins throughout. As noted, leaving garbage bags in common areas is not allowed and will result in a fine.
c. Pool hours and rules: The pool is open from 6am to 9pm. Beverages and food are not allowed poolside; you can use the patio near the beach or the mezzanine for outdoor meals and cocktails. Children must be accompanied by adults and for children who are not potty trained, swim diapers are required. No floaties in the pool.
d. BBQs: There are some BBQs in the patio near the beach. The grills must be requested from the administrative office 3 days in advance and cost $75 to rent ($100 down and you get $25 back once grills are returned cleaned).
e. Beach access: Beach access through the patio is open from 6am to 7pm; you must have a key fob to re-enter the building from the beach. Please do not allow strangers to enter the property using your key fob. If you want to stay on the beach after 7pm you can walk around to the front of the building and enter that way.
f. Gym: The gym is open from 6am-11am and 3pm-8pm M-F, and 6am-4pm
Saturday. It is available for use for $50/month for renters and residents staying 3 months or longer.
9. Tennis and basketball courts: These are open 6am to 9pm. However, the tennis courts are currently under repair.

a. Emergency exit plan: Your host should have an emergency exit plan posted on the back of the front door of the apartment. There is also an emergency exit plan posted near the elevator banks. In the event of fire, use the stairways not the elevators to exit the building.
