About this house rental
This spacious 5-bedroom Clearwater home is designed to make group stays easy, comfortable, and relaxed. With a private screened saltwater pool with optional heating, covered patio, grill, yard, and multiple indoor gathering spaces, it works well for families, friends, and multigenerational trips looking for both togetherness and room to spread out.
The outdoor space is a highlight of the home. The pool sits within a large screened enclosure connected to the covered patio, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for swimming, lounging, dining, and keeping an eye on kids. The covered patio provides a comfortable place to relax out of the sun, and the yard offers extra space to play and unwind. Optional pool heating is available for $40 per night and is offered for the full length of the reservation. We ask for 48 hours notice for pool heat so we can have the pool prepared for your arrival.
Inside, you’ll find a stocked kitchen with a full-size fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, and the essentials for cooking at home. The dining area seats 6, with 2 extra chairs available for shared meals. There are 2 TVs, sleeping space across 5 bedrooms, and a mix of indoor and outdoor games for easy family fun.
Families traveling with children should know the home includes added pool safety features, including door alarms to the pool area and a removable safety fence that can be set up around the pool for added peace of mind.
Centrally located in Clearwater, the home makes a convenient base for exploring both the Gulf Coast and the greater Tampa Bay area. Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are about a 10–12 minute drive without traffic, with Sand Key, Indian Rocks Beach, and other Gulf beaches within easy reach. St. Petersburg and Tampa are also an easy drive for dining, attractions, sporting events, and day trips, and Tampa International Airport is roughly 30 minutes away depending on traffic.
