-Bedroom 5 kids room. 2 Full beds & 2 twin beds, it also has a mini ball Pitt, reading nook, kids kitchen, and kids game.

The kitchen bright and open. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, double oven!, stove with pot filler, & dishwasher. 8 bar top seating in kitchen with 4 separate seating table top near couch. The Kitchen is great for entertaining!
Living Room
As you walk into the home you’re greeted with the big open living room that brings in the tropical vibes from outdoor. There is also another separate seating area with a large tv for your family to sit and enjoy.
Game Room
The formal game room has air hockey, ping pong table, packman game, mini basketball hoop, Jenga, darts, board games, and a Smart tv. The game room also gives direct access to the pool.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.
The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
This property had Ring Floodlight security cameras & Schlage smart locks, for your safety and ours.
No Pets Allowed.
No Smoking or vaping inside home.
Indoor Fireplace can not be used.
Pool Cleaning is serviced every Tuesday

I normally don't leave property reviews, but this one warrants an exception. In short, the property was great, as advertised, just as you see in the pictures, with no real issues. That said, the biggest selling point of this property is the host, Joanna. Upon arrival we had a few questions/concerns and she responded quickly and was very thoughtful and accommodating regarding our concerns. Later, when a maintenance issue popped up during our stay, she addressed it right away. Additionally, the house was probably the most well stocked VRBO I have seen in terms of extra linens, family-friendly items, and other incidentals you might not think of, like sanitary products. It is clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into making this property, and your experience in it, as frictionless and enjoyable as possible.

Host was attentive but not overbearing. The property is fabulous and our family has a great weekend together for our daughter's wedding. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Joanna was very responsive and even left a nice New Year’s party package with several bottles of champagne as a welcome gift. The home is as fun as it looks in the pictures and clean. Our extended family (with kids age 4 to 16) greatly enjoyed all the amenities. Short walk to a nice park with trails and only 20min drive to get to some nice beaches. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun and relaxing destination without having to bring much.
