Nestled between the Soulard and Benton Park historic communities, this century neighborhood was once settled by a French utopian community and German immigrants who worked in breweries and nearby industries. Now it’s a diverse gem of an urban neighborhood that still has its utopian and European character. Just moments from I-44 and I-64/40 to quickly travel to Downtown St. Louis, Forest Park, and all of the best amenities!



St. Louis is an Uber and a Lyft city. You can also rent bicycles and electric scooters from two bike + scooter share companies Lime and Byrd. Just download the app to get started.



In addition, St. Louis offers convenient public transportation through Metro Transit, which includes the MetroLink light rail and MetroBus system.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of guests and travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items do not work with your plans:



✔️ Primary renter must be 25+ years of age

✔️ Pets are not permitted at the home – unless express permission by the owner

✔️ No smoking inside the home

✔️ No parties + gatherings – if the number of people exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation, it will be considered a party + gathering

✔️ Quiet hours are from 11 PM – 7 AM



🚫 Disclaimer — we, in accordance with the City of St. Louis regulations, have a strict no party, gathering, and smoking policy. Any guests not included in the booking that arrives to the home will result in the following:



✔️ A $25 fee and charge per person not included in the reservation

✔️ A $300 fee and charge for smoking (if applicable)

✔️ Removal of all persons from the home

✔️ Termination and cancellation of the reservation by Airbnb
