Bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm),
Bedroom (two single beds 90x200 cm).
SECOND HOUSE
- Ground floor:
Living room (TV, foosball, arcade games),
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- First floor:
Landing with desk,
Bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm).
Terrace with shade sail, garden furniture, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and barbecue.
Large courtyard, garden, and enclosed 800 m² parking area with electric gate.
Electric vehicle charging station on site. Samuel and Aurore wanted to preserve local heritage by completely renovating this old house and its barn, dating back to 1850. The Bell Ringer's Lodge pays homage to the former owner, the bell ringer of the village of Antoigny. You'll enjoy all modern comforts with two separate living areas, one of which is dedicated to games (table football, arcade machine) that will delight families. There's even an intercom between the two houses!
Just 5 minutes from the state forest and the famous Villiers Gorges, the spa town of Bagnoles de l'Orne with all its shops, services, and activities (golf, swimming pool, treetop adventure course, greenway, etc.), not to mention the La Ferté Macé leisure park less than 10 minutes away (swimming lake, pedal boats, sailing, kayaking, mini-golf, horseback riding, etc.).
The price includes: bed linens, towels, kitchen linens, and end-of-stay cleaning.
