Located on a quiet street in South Tampa, this townhome (left side unit of a duplex) offers guests a relaxing retreat during their visit to Tampa, Florida. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a pool in the backyard with pavered pool deck as well as a sunroom that overlooks the pool and patio, which is a great spot for reading, relaxing and meditating.

The location of this property in South Tampa is particularly special as the property is walking distance to several local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops including, Trader Joe`s, Kahwa Coffee, Starbucks, Publix, and Wright`s Gourmet Deli. Tampa International Airport (TPA), Raymond James Stadium, local hospitals, and downtown Tampa are less than 10-12 minutes away by car. It is a short drive to beautiful beaches in Pinellas County, Busch Gardens and notable museums in Tampa Bay area.

Ideal for snowbirds, couples, families (with kids), and / or travelers with pets. Washer / Dryer is included. Please note that this neighborhood is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Tampa and very safe. You may want to do some Google research when considering Airbnb properties and hotels in neighborhoods north of Tampa.

Pool is not heated. (which means the pool water is usually too cold for swimming from December thru March). There is a City of Tampa public pool (Bobby Hicks Pool) not too far away. The water at Bobby Hicks pool is heated to 81 degrees year round. Guests may access this public pool for a nominal fee.

There is no Cable TV, but a Mohu Leaf Metro Antenna provides access to local TV channels, such as ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, Fox, and Univision.

Children’s books and toys are available upon request.

Please accurately and honestly specify number of guests and pets during the reservation process, the maximum use of the premises is limited to the number of persons agreed upon. Puppies are not allowed. Dogs and cats must be on a flea pill preventative (not referring to flea collar). If fleas get in the house, then it’s an ordeal to get rid of them. And fleas are especially active down here in the summer.

Only registered guests may be present on the premises unless cleared in advance.

All guests are required to be 28 years of age or older unless they are the children of the renting party.

No subletting, No charcoal grilling, No fire pit.

We respectfully ask that you do not set the HVAC thermostat below 72 degrees (which is equivalent to 22 degrees Celsius for our international guests). Setting a low temperature on an AC system puts a lot of pressure on the air conditioner and raises the risk of the air conditioner`s evaporator coil freezing. If you are staying more than 1 month, then please note that we replace the AC filter in the hallway ceiling on a monthly basis.

We ask our guests to be respectful of neighborhood with no loud noise or wild partying.

Please remove all food brought with the guests and leave property and contents in the same condition as received, the house the way you found it.

We expect the house to be used responsibly by all guests.

If you are bringing a pet, please let us know ahead of time.
