Welcome to The Bishop Suite, a one-of-a-kind three-level accommodation designed to offer comfort, character, and flexibility in the heart of the city. Thoughtfully arranged across three floors, this unique retreat features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a charming fireplace, and a private bathroom. A convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, compact refrigerator, and coffee maker makes it easy to enjoy light meals and morning coffee from the comfort of your suite. Located on the second floor and facing the rear of the property, the suite provides a peaceful setting for both short and extended stays.
Set within the historic Incentra property, The Bishop Suite combines distinctive architecture with modern conveniences, including air conditioning throughout. Whether you're visiting for work, leisure, or an extended stay, you'll appreciate the suite's unique layout, inviting atmosphere, and practical amenities that create a comfortable home base for your time in the neighborhood.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the West Village, guests can enjoy one of Manhattan’s most charming neighborhoods, known for its historic brownstones, tree-lined streets, boutique shopping, and renowned dining scene. The property is just moments from the High Line, Hudson River Park, Chelsea Market, and the Meatpacking District, with convenient subway access to the rest of New York City.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Please note that there is no washer/dryer inside the unit. Guests have access to multiple shared washer and dryer units located within the building.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
