Located on the lower level and facing the peaceful rear of the property, the suite features a floral-inspired design reflected in its colors, décor, and artwork, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere for couples, solo travelers, or business guests
Inside, the suite offers an open-concept layout centered around a comfortable full-size bed and a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and essential amenities for extended stays. Natural light, tasteful furnishings, and thoughtful details add to the cozy and inviting living space
The suite opens directly onto a private, European-style courtyard garden, a charming brick-paved retreat framed by whitewashed walls, blooming lavender, and flower boxes. With a classic stone bench, cozy seating, lantern lighting, and decorative stone accents, the courtyard is an inviting setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Located in the heart of the West Village, guests can enjoy one of Manhattan’s most charming neighborhoods, known for its historic brownstones, tree-lined streets, boutique shopping, and renowned dining scene. The property is just moments from the High Line, Hudson River Park, Chelsea Market, and the Meatpacking District, with convenient subway access to the rest of New York City.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Please note that there is no washer/dryer inside the unit. Guests have access to multiple shared washer and dryer units located within the building.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
