Modern fully furnished studio with all ameneties in Telefonplan - only 13 minutes from Stockholm city center. The studio has its own modern kitchenette and bathroom with washer and dryer.
To fully explore the area the apartments comes with a city bike free to use during your stay.
The area has cafes, supermarkets, public parking and restaurants within walking distance.
The studio has one large single bed, 120 cm.
A fully furnished and equipped studio with everything you may need for a stay in Stockholm. Our Housing Service team is there to help you and guide you through your stay.
The studio has one single bed (sofa bed), dining table and TV. An extra bed is not possible in this apartment. Max. 1 guest / stay.
Water, coffee, tea and basic consumables are complimentary during your stay (spices, oil, sugar etc.)
Wi-Fi available in the apartment.
The studio is newly refurbished with a combined washer and dryer. Detergent and softener are available in the apartment.
The guest has full access to the whole studio.
No common rooms nor laundry room available in the apartment building.
The door code at the main entrance is activated at all times.
A lovley area in the hip area of Telefonplan. The red metro line takes you through different areas of Stockholm. In 13 minutes you will arrrive to the central station. The area has many bars and restaurants and is very popular with the younger crowd.

There is no free parking at the apartment. Please use the parking on the streets and pay by using the Easy Park (app).
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM: As this is a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
No outside visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
No parties allowed: Gatherings and loud activities are not allowed at any time.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No commercial sex work: The property and its surroundings must not be used for paid sexual services, including erotic massages or prostitution.
Please note that violating any of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and potential fines.
