Perfekt nära Älvsjömässan! Lugnt område. Fräsch, mysig och hemtrevlig lägenhet. Allt som behövs i köket finns och det är lätt att få kontakt med uthyraren. Skön dubbelsäng. Bäddsoffan är delbar, inte enbart dubbelsäng. Gott om täcken och kuddar. Nära parkeringshus. Jag hyr gärna den igen!

Det är dyrt att parkera i parkeringshuset bredvid men lättanvänt.

Loved the appartment. It was beautifully decorated and equipped. Walkable to the conference centre (Msssan) where I was attending a medical conference. Good supermarket, restaurants, bottle shop and metro access all in walkable distance. Very well priced for tgeh quality of the apartment

The instruction to gain entry were good however getting the keys out of the key safe was a nightmare. Entry to the apartment is by keys located in a key safe in a plant pot. The key safe is black as is the pot. The pot was not really big enough to get your hands in and it was almost impossible to see the numbers on the keysafe clearly. I had to take the pot into a well lit stairwell and use my phone to photograph the keypad so I could work out how to enter the code. It took me ages to gain entry. Once done however the apartment is amazing and everything else about the stay was fabulous.

部屋が新しく清潔で、たいへん気持ちよく過ごすことができました。最寄りの駅からは徒歩で7〜8分かかりますが、駅前にはスーパーもあり、市内にも10分程度で行けるので便利です。シャワーの水圧もよかったですし、Wi-Fiの信号も強いです。

特にありませんが、ドアのロックの錠の掛け方がアジア系の人たちにはわかりにくいかもしれません。こちらでは常識なのかもしれませんが、レバーを上げて鍵を回しロックします。慣れていないといつになってもロックできません。あとはすばらしいです。

The flat as a whole is in a new building and well equipped, washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, dishwasher, lots of crockery, pretty much all you might need for a short stay. Everything was tidy and pretty new condition, lots of natural light, great window soundproofing so you can't hear the street below. Overall the experience and standard of the property was great. There were also some welcome treats left by the host which was a nice touch.

For the sake of future guests and the hope that service improves, here are the negatives: The process of accessing the property and related issues gave us a bit of a headache. Our arrival flight was scheduled to land in Arlanda past midnight. I have informed the property of this at point of booking, a month before our stay. After booking I was told that if I need to check in after 22:00 there is an additional charge, which was not mentioned in "apartment policies" at point of booking. These indicate check in from 16:00 without a cutoff time. I chose to accept this charge of circa 20 EUR and settled it. A few days prior to the stay I received automated instructions stating check in after 22:00 is not possible. When queried I was told I'll have to pay another charge, which I successfully challenged. The property claimed they mixed up the bookings and didn't see I had already paid the charge. Unnecessary stress. Next we were given the key lockbox code in plain text and as an image as part of check in instructions. The code in plain text turned out to be wrong and we spent some 30 minutes trying to make it work. Eventually we tried calling the contact number provided on the booking and after 3 separate attempts someone picked up and gave us the correct code. We got into the apartment around 02:00. The next morning at 08:00 we were woken up by 2 phone calls from the property contact number, I picked up the second one, no one talked and eventually they hung up the phone. Not very considerate keeping in mind the time at night we managed to access the property. Finally, we booked the stay for 3 people, but only one double set of linen and two towels were provided upon arrival. In the meantime multiple warnings via booking.com messaging were issued to not use additional towels or bedding, which we could find in the storeroom in the apartment and needed to accommodate the friend that was travelling with us.
