OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE

Venture outside, enjoy time outside on the upper waterside deck, cooking from the Napoleon propane BBQ, dining at the outdoor table, sipping on an evening drink by the propane fire table, or having your morning coffee while drinking in the beautiful sights of Lake Muskoka.

In the evening, make your way out front to the Fire pit for roasting marshmallows and stargazing and for daytime fun take the granite steps down to the large dock with boat port and dock swing. The canoes and peddle boat await or just relax in a Muskoka chair on the dock and take in the sights of Lake Muskoka.

The 6-seater hot tub is a great way to relax before taking a cool dip in the lake.

Deep, clear water (7-10 feet) off the dock, is perfect for swimming, fishing and boating. 🎣If boating is why you are coming to Lake Muskoka, we have a covered boat port to keep your boat from the elements during your stay.

Property Rules:
- No Parties.
- No Pets (Allergies)
- Non-Smoking Cottage.
- Quiet Hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- 32+ Years Old To Make a Reservation.
- No Flushing Anything but Toilet Paper down Toilets.
- No Parking On Septic System.
- No Interior Furniture Allowed Outdoors.
- Put away any exterior furniture cushions and water floaties once finished using.
- Do not leave the umbrella open overnight or on windy days.
- Please ensure the hot tub is covered when not in use, and wash your feet before entering the hot tub.
- Do Not Leave Exterior Doors Open While the Central Air/ Furnace is Running.
- No Outdoor Fires other than the fire pit, and please observe the local fire rating at the time of your stay.
- Water Depth at End Of Dock Is 7-10 Ft.

Exterior Cameras:

For your safety and security, this property is equipped with three outdoor cameras: one doorbell camera at the entrance and one monitoring the driveway. With two cameras above the lakeside deck overlooking the deck & dock. These cameras are only on the exterior of the property and do not face any interior spaces.

- A signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes.

- Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification.

- Guests are required to take all garbage and recycling with them upon checkout.
