Step inside into a spacious entrance porch and welcoming hallway. The ground floor comfortable and ideal for entertaining, with an open-plan living and dining area flowing into the large kitchen.

The elegant living room features luxurious furnishings, a Smart TV with Sky channels, and a selection of books, creating a cosy space to relax. The dining area comfortably seats six guests and opens through patio doors onto the rear garden. Here you’ll find a lawn, shrubs, and a comfortable seating area on the patio. Please note, the garden is not fully enclosed.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, full-size fridge freezer, washing machine, and separate tumble dryer.

Also on the ground floor is a luxurious family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, finished to a high standard and offering plenty of space.

The ground-floor bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a super king-size bed, Smart TV, and large windows that fill the room with natural light.

Upstairs you’ll find a second contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with two beautifully styled double bedrooms. Each offers comfortable beds and ample storage.

For our your guests we can provide a travel cot, high chair and a selection of toys.
