About this house rental
The house is located on a hillside on Monte Pego in a well-maintained, luxurious, and private residential community. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Spain’s most famous rice-growing region. You’ll reach your vacation home through the characteristic entrance gate; there is parking available inside the property. Two additional parking spaces are available along the roadside. A cozy stone seating area in front of the entrance is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, especially in the evening. Discover the perfect family vacation home on Monte Pego—a spacious and fully equipped property that sleeps up to 8 people. Upstairs is the cozy living room, featuring a fireplace for the winter months, a fan, and a desk. There are also two bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom (air-conditioned) has an en suite bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and bathtub. The second bedroom has a fan.
The additional bathroom features a toilet, sink, and shower. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; further information on the amenities can be found in the amenities section.
The dining area features a beautiful, rustic solid-wood dining table. From the living area, you can access the terrace with its indescribably beautiful view. The terrace features an electric awning, so you can find a shady spot even when the sun is out. From the terrace, an outdoor staircase leads down to the lower terrace area, where you’ll find the spacious pool, a covered patio, and an outdoor shower.
The beautiful outdoor kitchen with a grill is also located in the lower area.
The lower level houses the remaining bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and a washing machine. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning.

Tiled floors in all rooms and underfloor heating for the winter months
Fireplace in the living room, TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, desk
Kitchen: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.
A crib and a high chair are available and can be rented for a small fee for the entire stay.
For long-term stays, electricity, water, firewood for the fireplace, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are not included.

Important note: Parking of trailers and RVs is not permitted on the streets. There is a large parking lot for your RV in the access area at the foot of the Monte Pego residential complex.
Things to Know About the Surrounding Area
There are two golf courses within a 15-km radius (e.g., Oliva Nova Golf Resort). There are various beautiful beaches, including several kilometers of fine-sand beaches (Les Deveses Dune Beach—8 km away) all the way to Les Marines in Denia.
In addition, there are several supermarkets (including Mercadona in Pego, Lidl, and Aldi in El Vergel) as well as other stores for daily necessities within a radius of about 5 km. A large shopping center (Portal de la Marina) is 12 km away.
Monte Pego is about 15 km from the beautiful port city of Denia and 5 km from the traditional Spanish town of Pego. The airports in Valencia and Alicante are about 95 km away.
