The patio offers a charming place to enjoy fresh air. There is a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, as well as a guest bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, and toaster.
Outside, the fenced plot offers privacy, and the beautiful garden with lawn and trees is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy the terrace, barbecue, and outdoor seating and dining areas. There is also a private parking space.
