About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this 80 m² holiday home in Champcey for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms, each with one double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 600 m²
- Two terraces of 35 m², facing south and west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Champcey, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Mont Saint-Michel (with ferry departures to the mountain just 5 km away)
- The Chausey Islands
- Granville, Villedieu-les-Poêles and its bell foundries
- Outdoor activities: hiking, shellfish gathering, the beach
D-Day beaches, Caen Memorial (45 mins)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
