The well-appointed living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a convenient sleeper sofa that accommodates additional guests. A powder room just off the main living space adds practical convenience for you and your guests. Guests can access the oversized balcony area through sliding doors in both the living and dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee or lunch al fresco while enjoying the tranquil lagoon views.
Back inside, you'll find the dining area, which seat 6 comfortably and is open to the galley-style kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of cabinet and counter space, making meal prep and cooking a breeze!
The spacious bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
