The open-concept living area offers comforable seating with a large sectional sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private balcony through sliding glass doors. The balcony is outfitted with a comfortable bistro set- the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Back inside, you'll find a dining table with seating for 6 and a stunning kitchen. This beautifully remodeled area features marble counters, stainless appliances and custom cabinets.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large granite top vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features a full size bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. This bedroom has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
