The suite is very elegant. It is located in one of the best and newest buildings in all of Quito, in the Republic of El Salvador neighborhood, one block from La Carolina Park. It is situated in the most exclusive area of Quito, close to the best shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, movie theaters, and financial centers. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, you’ll find incredible amenities nearby. This will be your ideal place to stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to the gym, provided they follow the building’s rules. In the gym, please return all equipment to its proper place after use, do not drop weights on the floor, and clean the machines and equipment you use to keep the space in optimal condition for all guests.
Other things to note
To authorize entry to the building, the administration requires that all guests submit a photo of their passport or ID in advance. This is a mandatory requirement for registering visitors. If parking is required, you’ll also need to submit your vehicle’s license plate number to authorize your entry. Once the documentation is received, the authorization process may take approximately 30 minutes. If the information is not sent in advance, guests must wait until the administration completes the entry authorization.
Recommendation: We recommend that you send this information as soon as your booking is confirmed to speed up the registration process and avoid waiting at the building’s reception desk upon arrival.
