The space
The studio suite is fully equipped for both short- and long-term stays, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 guests or 2 adults and 2 children. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, and induction cooktop. If you need a washer and dryer for $4,, you can use the building’s laundry facilities.
Guest access
You have access to the building’s common areas by making a reservation 24 hours in advance. Parking spaces are available inside the building for an additional fee of $12-15 per night.
Guests have access to the wet area and gym, in accordance with building regulations. In the wet area, swim caps and swimsuits are required. It is not permitted to bring in or consume food or alcoholic beverages, and for safety reasons, you may not walk through the hallways or use the elevator while wet. In the gym, please return all equipment to its proper place after use, do not drop weights on the floor, and clean the machines and equipment used to keep the space in optimal condition for all guests.
Other things to note
To authorize entry to the building, the administration requests that all guests submit a photo of their passport or ID in advance. This is a mandatory requirement for registering visitors. If parking is required, you’ll also need to submit your vehicle’s license plate number to authorize your entry. Once the documentation is received, the authorization process may take approximately 30 minutes. If the information is not sent in advance, guests must wait until the administration completes the entry authorization.
Recommendation: We recommend that you send this information as soon as your booking is confirmed to speed up the registration process and avoid waiting at the building’s reception desk upon arrival.
