The Space
Sleeping up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, The Roost has been thoughtfully designed to capture breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. Its striking triangular floorplan, polished concrete floors and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass create a seamless connection between the indoors and the spectacular coastline beyond.
Split over multiple levels, the home invites you to slow down and take in the ever-changing views. On the main level, the light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the home. Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso coffee machine, makes entertaining effortless. Step outside onto the incredible cantilevered deck and settle in for long afternoons watching the waves roll in, dolphins passing through the bay or the sun sinking into the Indian Ocean.
The master suite features a king bed, private ensuite and stunning ocean outlooks, creating a peaceful sanctuary to wake up to each morning. Bedroom two, located at the northern end of the home, also enjoys ocean views and can be configured as either one king bed or two king single beds on request, offering flexibility for families or friends travelling together. Bedroom three also features a king bed and enjoys the same beautiful coastal outlook. The main bathroom includes a bath with ocean views, shower, vanity and toilet, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coastline.
Outside, you'll find multiple spaces to enjoy the fresh sea air. The expansive main viewing deck offers uninterrupted coastal panoramas, while a separate north-west facing BBQ terrace is ideal for alfresco dining as the sun begins to set. A terraced lawn provides additional outdoor space to relax after a swim or surf.
