Horizons is the ultimate beach house with uninterrupted sweeping ocean views, tennis court and swimming pool. Over the decades this beautiful house has proved to be a joy for our guests. Secluded on large bush acreage. Close to world famous beaches, the Margaret River, golf course and 7 minute drive to the town centre. Well located to iconic wineries of the region. Horizons like quality red wine, only gets better with time.
Step through the front door and enter the living area with broad ocean views. This house is all about spacious relaxed living, designed with pleasure in mind. Entertain your guests... start with a sundowner on the massive terrace, cook up a storm in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and enjoy memorable times around the 10 seat dining table. Plug in your ipod, watch a movie or read a book in any one of the two living areas.
Upstairs take your pick of the luxurious master suite, or one of the two king bedrooms and take in the sweeping ocean vista simply by lifting your head from the pillow - all with ocean views. Or hideaway downstairs in the self contained one bedroom apartment with spa bath just for two, spacious living area and kitchenette. Additionally we have 2 single mattresses. This contemporary style holiday home offers guest accommodation for up to 10.
Set in eight acres of native bushland, holding prime position high up on the Leeuwin Ridge with not a rooftop in sight, there are 180' unsurpassed ocean and river views. Architecturally unique, making use of floor to ceiling glass, this light filled spacious home enjoys views from every room. No need to close the blinds as you are absolutely secluded and private.
Game, set and match on this full size tennis court, cool down in the small pool, enjoy a prawn on the bbq and adjourn to the massive terrace to experience the magnificent sunset on the Indian Ocean. Stay a little longer and catch a falling star... you will rarely experience a canopy of stars quite like this.
Linen and towels are provided and laundered. You'll find luxurious shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash, hair dryer plus in the closets abundant hangers. We also have a washer (with detergent) and dryer in Laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.
Located a short drive to Margaret River town, and the world renowned wineries and restaurants of the region. A two minute drive to famous surf beaches and safe swimming. Walking access to river, national park and beaches. Further afield but easily accessible are the greater south west areas of Dunsborough, Yallingup and Augusta.

It's a beautifully located property. The owner was very helpful in letting us drop bags early and have Mum and baby rest in one of the rooms before official checkin time. Thank you.The owner said they are about to rennovate the property, which will be welcome as a number of services are tired.

House was spacious with kids zone downstairs and adults upstairs, well equipped kitchen, location and amazing views.Spa bath jets didnt work, house balcony floor paint flaking off and tennis courts weathered. Could do with a touch up.....overall great stay.

10 of us stayed at Horizons. The beds were made beautifully, the view is lovely and the area gorgeous.
We were disappointed however that Horizons is looking very tired and in need of a bit of TLC. For tennis people, the condition of the court is appalling. The size of the pool should be mentioned on the advert as it is tiny. The area in and around the dishwasher smelt of blocked drains, the TV wouldn’t operate properly, the UE-boom didn’t work, leaking of roof above the huge picture in TV room, dimmer switches not working, bulbs not working. The kitchen cupboards were in a state of disrepair. The patio furniture was also a bit tatty. For the price we paid in comparison to the other two houses we hired - Carpe Artes and Carpe Vino, Horizons is most certainly overpriced.
