Beautifully renovated and furnished 600 Sq ft Studio apartment with private outdoor patio and gorgeous mountain views. Walk to downtown Salida in 10-15 minutes or bike there in 5. Close (10-20 mins) to tons of hiking, biking trails, the Arkansas river and lakes. 20 minutes from Monarch Ski Mountain and other cross country skiing.
Wifi and all utilities included. Bike for use.
The apartment gets tons of natural light from large south facing windows, has a large walk-in closet with custom drawers and shelves, in-unit A/C, and washer/dryer. It also has a flat screen TV. Kitchen is a galley and will have a large toaster oven and countertop stove. Has a medium-sized regrigerator/freezer. Huge sink. There's room for a bigger table or desk and chairs than in the photos.
Currently available for 1-2 month lease, with possibility to extend to a 6 or 12-month lease for the right tenant.
**The apartment is attached to main house but has its own entrance and an off street parking slot. It is not good for someone who likes to play loud music or have parties.
