Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this accommodation nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac offers total privacy thanks to its large enclosed private garden, which is completely unoverlooked and features a beautiful wooden terrace.
On the practical side, the village of Lomener with its shops, bars, and restaurants is just a 5-minute drive away, and Guidel-Plages is just a stone's throw away. The ideal combination of peace and quiet, the beach within walking distance, and local amenities!

- A private entrance with storage space
- A living room with a sofa
- A dining area
- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, airfryer)
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190) and storage space
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (80x190) and storage space
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden, the terrace, and its garden furniture. A small outdoor shower is also available for when you return from the beach.
Parking your car on the property is possible (reverse parking only).
