This 60 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a small, quiet residence, features a private, secure parking space and a beautiful private outdoor terrace equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol, and a lounge chair.

The living area consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and lounge.
Two bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed opening onto the terrace, with a dresser for clothing storage;
- 1 bedroom with a 160x190 bed and a walk-in closet integrated into the room

Finally, the apartment features a bathroom with a double sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

The apartment is located right on the waterfront, close to shops: a small supermarket, bars, restaurants, a crêperie, and a tobacco shop. All of these shops are within a 5-minute walk.

You can choose to relax on the beach or go for walks along the coastal trails, which are also less than a 5-minute walk away.
Every Monday morning, a market is held in a square located 30 meters away, year-round.
During the summer, the town of Ploemeur hosts a night market every Thursday evening, which changes locations each week.
The town of Ploemeur also organizes “Arts d’été,” a series of exhibitions in the town’s chapels, including one near the accommodation.
