-Four wheel drive/ AWD is required in the winter! The driveway is sloped and blacktopped, so it can be difficult to get out in 2WD when there is snow or ice. We do our best to keep it as clean as possible, but are not responsible for guests getting stuck if they only have 2WD

Guests will have access to the entire home and property

We are nearby and always available if needed, but guests will have a custom door code and we will not be at the property unless needed.
