Designed with your comfort in mind, this home boasts a main level great room with floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal views of the lake and the ski slopes at Wisp Resort. Cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a stone fireplace combine to create the perfect ambiance for a gathering of family and friends. Expanding your living space, the adjacent deck overlooks McHenry Cove and is ideal for lazy afternoons soaking up some sun.
The open-floorplan makes entertaining a breeze! You chime in on any conversation as you make a homemade dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather at mealtime with seating for eight at the dining table and two at the breakfast bar. When it is time to rest up for your next Deep Creek adventure, there is a bedroom with a king on this level. With access to the hall bath and a TV, it is your own private retreat when you need a little quiet time.
Upstairs, the sitting area in the loft doubles as sleeping area with a queen sleep sofa. A spacious primary suite with a king bed, TV, and private bath with an oversized jetted tub is also located on this floor. You can rest easy knowing that another great day at the lake awaits.
Head downstairs to rack 'em up for a friendly game of pool or watch your favorite movie by the fire in the family room. Step outside onto the patio to relax in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of hiking or skiing. Almost perfect, but for the lower level patio could be spruced up and the lower level bunk bed is unstable. The hot tub was not in working order and that was the major and only disappointment for this trip.

Overall convenient location on lake however house sits very close to the road which can be a concern with a dog. House was not overly clean when we arrived and looked like it had not been vacuumed. House is older but in decent shape. Furniture in family room only sits max of 5 which is a challenge for large group. Large kitchen table was accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large but beds were very uncomfortable. There is no fire pit despite the large yard which would have been great during the cooler summer nights. Deck furniture was wrought iron with no cushions therefore no one sat on deck to enjoy the view as the furniture was too uncomfortable. Overall great location but small improvements as suggested are needed to make this worth the money and a better choice.
