Il Rustico di B Deluxe Exclusive, 90 m² in Limone sul Garda, with a private garden overlooking the lake

The apartment is spacious and furnished in a colonial style: it is located within a historic complex dating from the 1700s, overlooking an inner courtyard used as a communal garden. It is on the first and top floor and has a large separate entrance. It has no neighbors on any of its four sides. It offers side views of the lake and enchanting views of the inner garden, historic lemon houses, mountains, and the entire town of Limone. It is located in a pedestrian zone, with a bakery and a bistro across the street. The private underground garage is located about 40 meters from the house, where there is a bakery where you can buy fresh croissants and bread every morning.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests—two couples or a family. We do not accept more than 4 guests, even if the fifth guest is a child.
The entrance is monitored by CCTV cameras.

We cannot accommodate infants or children under 10 years of age. Children over the age of 10 are counted as adults at the time of booking.

There is a tourist tax of €2 per person aged 10 and older, payable in cash on site before departure.

Although it is a centrally located apartment near the lake promenade, it is soundproofed and very quiet, situated in a pedestrian zone. Guests have access to a private garden overlooking the lake, equipped with chairs, a table, and sun loungers; please respect the quiet hours after 11:00 p.m. (see our guide in the brown book). In the basement, there is a private laundry room with an LG washing machine (USE THE ONE ON THE RIGHT; detergent is included) and a video-monitored storage room for bicycles.

There are remote-controlled fans, and air conditioning can be activated (by us via remote control after your arrival) at a cost of €10 per day, to be paid in cash before departure.

Additional heating costs may apply if used out of season (ask for details).

Please note that if the apartment is rented by two guests who wish to occupy both bedrooms, the linens for the second bed incur an additional cost of €40 per stay, to be paid in cash; we must be notified at the time of booking.

The room is spacious and very bright. The island kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher with a state-of-the-art steam function, an American-style coffee maker, an electric moka pot, a Philips Senseo pod coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a SodaStream, a blender, and a five-burner glass-ceramic gas cooktop.
The living room features a 55-inch LG Full HD smart TV with satellite channels and access to Netflix or Prime (via your own account), a MiniNest digital assistant with voice commands in English, Italian, and German, and a docking station with Bluetooth connectivity for listening to music. Books in several languages and board games are available to guests. A 30-megabyte Wi-Fi connection is available. The bedrooms are bright, and each features a Full HD satellite TV, a fan with remote control, and a 180 cm x 200 cm x 27 cm king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and soft, pure cotton linens.Each room has independent central heating.

The windows are soundproof and equipped with mosquito nets in every room. Guests have access to bath and beach towels, portable deck chairs, and a cooler bag. The bathroom accessible from the hallway features a large walk-in shower with a bench; the en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with a built-in shower. There are no bidets; instead, there are toilet showers. The complimentary toiletries are made in Italy, paraben-free, and formulated with thermal water.
