Front Living Room: For a quieter vibe, relax by the flickering gas fireplace with a good book or a board game.

Enjoy the salty air in your private, fully fenced backyard. The patio area is set up for easy entertaining with a gas grill and outdoor dining table. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the privacy of the enclosed white-vinyl outdoor shower. A dedicated storage shed is stocked with beach gear and yard games so you can pack light.

You will have full, private access to the entire home, the fenced backyard, and the storage shed.
Parking: The spacious driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Please note that trailers may fit but will take up a significant portion of the driveway space.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Mariner’s Landing, you're covered for unintentional damages up to $1,500 per stay through our Waivo protection policy (included in the $45 fee).
HOUSE RULES:
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 spots.
No more than 14 daytime guests allowed on the property at one time.
Pets are not allowed on the property. The cottage association has a no pet policy.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
