About this house rental
Prime summer weeks available (Booking Sat-Sat during July and August). Our beautiful home is conveniently located in an upscale Harwich Port neighborhood with a very short walk to our association beach. Dog friendly-fully fenced in yard. We recently remodeled adding a beautiful outdoor shower, contemporary flooring, new furniture, and freshly painted interior. Everything looks great. We provide professionally laundered bed and bath linens. The house is a four bedroom, two bath, fully air conditioned cottage-style residence, with a large open kitchen and dining areas, relaxing living room, ideally located in a picturesque Cape Cod community. We’re located on the ocean side of Lower Country Road with a two minute walk to a salt water beach (no need to purchase parking stickers). Close by downtown Harwich Port for boutique shopping, casual dining, and Cape Cod Rail Trail access for great biking. Harwich Port is a well-kept secret on Cape Cod with discreet charm and true New England character. Our guests love us. Remember to book early for your preferred vacation week.

This was a fantastic property with close proximity to both the beach, downtown, and grocery stores. The actual house was perfect for 7 people, and was extremely clean. It’s great having a property that has cleaning supplies, silverware / dishes available! I would highly recommend.

Renting Property was very easy through VRBO, but what really made it pleasant was working with the owner, Ed. He was super accommodating, gave great instructions and very easy to work with.Property is fantastic. Very clean, spacious with all the necessities for a short or long stay. And, best of all the beach access - 2 min walk to beautiful, clean and large beach. Kids had a blast in safe and quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to town.Overall 5 stars: property, owner, beach, area
