We welcome you and your family to come enjoy a glass of wine with up to 10 guests while watching the beautiful sunset in the heart of Fair Haven. This brand new 2026 build has been designed with detailed thought around every corner with impeccable taste. We welcome you to come and enjoy family time, time with friends, the lake, wine and much more!

From inception, this thoroughly thought-out home was designed to be a truly one-of-a-kind space in the area! The home has custom finishes, details and accents throughout! With 1 private King bedroom ensuite, 1 lower level King bedroom, 1 intimate Queen bedroom, Custom handcrafted bunk room with (2) Queen beds & (2) Twin beds, a complete designed custom handcrafted kitchen and Great Room, along with a full separate lower-level living space and wet bar. Whether it’s a glass of wine or a family style dining experience on the upper deck overlooking the bay, or spending time around the wood burning fire on the lower level patio or maybe a preferred more intimate setting out back at the secluded rear patio, this custom home boasts three separate outdoor living spaces for your family's enjoyment.

Little Sodus Lodge is a moments ride away from the incredible Colloca Winery Estate! From tastings, to a full menu or brick oven pizza, with events and live music makes this a must-visit destination for all ages! Or maybe you’re an early morning riser, where a quick trip to main street to the ever famous Hardware Café or walk over to area's award-winning Sweets By Sarah Bakery for a Cold Brew or treat is what you have in mind, this is where the village of Fair Haven really starts to shine!

Guest Access:

Entire property will sleep 12 total but like to keep it to only 10 guests to maintain a comfortable environment for all lake residents. Permission is needed for more then 10. Please do NOT break this rule.

Whole house and exterior lounge spaces are yours to enjoy with up to 10 guests.

Sleeps 12 if two per bed but additional fees per guest past 10. $100/guest/night



Other details to note:

This is our family home and we ask that when you leave, it’s left in a neat and professional manner. Please be respectful and treat it like you'd like your home treated. This is a family Lakehouse and a place for family or friends to get away. This is not a house to have a party. Absolutely no parties allowed and no unapproved guests. You are only allowed the number of guests in your booking. If this rule is broken, your stay will be over. Sorry this has to be said but if we don’t stick to a peaceful fun time, the lake won’t allow any rentals. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests are allowed to visit during the day but no more than 14 people total on property at one time(this includes your guests that are staying on property)

Please respect all residents on the lake and their property. Respect quiet times. Unlike other lake towns, Fair Haven is an extremely unique quiet place and we aim to keep this experience for everyone.
