This is the best of many fine VRBO properties that I have stayed at with my children and grandchildren. Little Sodus Bay is beautiful and we had excellent weather and also wonderful fireworks and celebrations on the 4th and 5th of July. We have been at another house owned by the same family twice before and have already booked again for next summer. We are a family of 3 generations ranging in age from 14 to 87. The house and waterfront dock are well equipped and maintained. The owner is almost next door and responsive to needs or questions. We love the movie set up and all the outdoor seating. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group. My family finds it a great place to gather and reconnect.

Xanadu was amazing. It was gorgeous inside and out, and we were able to have the best time with friends in one roof. Everything was clean with an easy check in and plenty of space for what we needed. Definitely would recommend Xanadu to anyone looking to stay.
