Welcome to your Santa Rosa Beach getaway! Nestled along a peaceful state preserve and just a 5 minute walk to the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast, our recently renovated home offers the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and convenience for families, couples, and friends.
Our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with:
• 2 King bedrooms
• 2 Queen bedrooms
• Recently renovated bathrooms
• A beautifully updated, fully stocked kitchen
• Comfortable living spaces designed for relaxing after a day at the beach
Whether you’re preparing a family breakfast before heading to the shore or cooking dinner after a sunset walk, you’ll find the kitchen stocked with the cookware, dishes, and essentials you need to feel at home.
Outdoor Adventure at Your Back Door-
One of our favorite features is the incredible location. Our backyard backs directly onto the state preserve, where a scenic nature trail begins just beyond the property. Follow the trail for a peaceful walk or bike ride all the way to Greenway Station, where you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and local favorites.
If you’d rather explore 30A, you’re also within walking or biking distance of many popular restaurants, including Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina’s, and Boggy’s Boys Pizza, along with numerous shops and attractions throughout Seagrove.
Beach Days Made Easy-
The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day.
To make your stay even easier, we provide:

A Few Things to Know-
The property has a separate, private downstairs apartment with its own entrance. It is completely independent from the main home you are renting and is currently unoccupied. The two spaces do not share interior access.
Because the home borders a protected natural preserve, you may occasionally see local wildlife such as deer, birds, turtles, small mammals, insects, and, on rare occasions, bears. This is part of the unique beauty of staying beside preserved Florida wilderness. We professionally maintain regular pest control and ask guests to keep food sealed and dispose of trash in the covered outdoor bins to help minimize wildlife visits.
Whether you’re planning lazy beach days, bike rides along 30A, family game nights, or peaceful mornings surrounded by nature, we hope our home becomes your favorite place to return to year after year.
