Bring your boats, trucks, and trailers with plenty of parking available. Enjoy cornhole, pool and easy access to the water with just a short walk away from FROGGIES BOAT RAMP & BAIT. Location is everything, and this one is a fisherman`s dream. Situated directly across from Froggies Bait Dock, you can park your truck and boat trailer right at the house and be on the water in minutes.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home was built with fishing trips, family getaways, and good times in mind. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area create the perfect gathering space after a day on the bay. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen and large gas burner stove top. ( NO OVEN ACCESS ONLY STOVE TOP AVAILABLE ) Two bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs on opposite sides of the home for added privacy.
Upstairs you`ll find the third bedroom, third bathroom, and a spacious game room featuring a pool table and balcony overlooking the front yard toward the bay. Whether you`re swapping fishing stories, grilling the day`s catch, or enjoying a cold drink over a game of pool, this home delivers the ultimate coastal retreat.
-NO ACCESS TO THE BACK BARNS OR SHED - You can however use all of the concrete drive areas to park vehicles.
