The live oak house has two beautiful live oak trees whose canopy provides ample shade for outdoor grilling and hanging out with family or friends. The upper deck is a great vantage point for watching fourth of July fireworks!
Pets should be kenneled when left unattended. Damage done to property for unsecured pets will result in loss of deposit. Excessive noise from pets will not be tolerated.
Our neighbors live in POC year round and appreciate the quiet nature of our town. Please respect the quiet times.
