The space
Welcome to our mountain estate, a private 7-bedroom mountain retreat on approximately 24 acres in Dahlonega, Georgia. Designed for large families and group getaways, the home offers big mountain views, a private pool, multiple gathering spaces, and plenty of room to relax, explore, and make memories together.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with just about everything you could need to cook and serve meals for a large group, including cookware, utensils, serving pieces, a toaster oven, blender, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, traditional drip coffee maker, complimentary K-cups, and ground coffee. The home is set up more like a true residence than a typical short-term rental, so you won’t be stuck with a limited kitchen or bare-bones supplies.

The home features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 16+ guests. Highlights include a spacious main-level primary suite with a jacuzzi tub and oversized steam shower, multiple king bedrooms, a game room with pool table, foosball, ping pong, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for your group to spread out.

Outside, enjoy the private pool, fire pit with firewood provided, two basketball goals on the driveway, hiking trails on property, a small pond, creeks, and a large one-acre field on bottom of property that’s perfect for sports or group games. There is also an outdoor playhouse with a slide for younger guests. The property borders the National Forest, giving you direct access to even more space to explore.

You’ll feel tucked away and peaceful, yet you’re still just a short drive from wineries, hiking, and downtown Dahlonega.
