A beautiful, stylishly furnished vacation villa on the Greek island of Skiathos
Skiathos and the neighboring island of Skopelos are known as the filming locations for the classic movie *Mamma Mia*, featuring the famous church on the coast.
Our Villa Milenka is quietly situated in the middle of an olive and pine forest and is only about a 5-minute walk from Sklithri Beach. Other beaches are located in the immediate vicinity.
The highlight is the spacious terrace with a stunning view over the bay and a lounge area—perfect for breakfast, dinner, or relaxing outdoors.
Accommodation Details
• 100 square meters of living space
• 3 bedrooms
o 2 double beds (160 cm)
o 2 single beds (90 cm)
• 140-cm sofa bed in the living room
• Right next to the villa is a one-bedroom studio apartment that can be booked in combination with the villa. If interested, please contact us.

• Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, stove, and refrigerator with freezer)
• Air conditioning in all rooms
• Newly renovated bathroom next to the bedrooms and an additional guest restroom near the kitchen

• Outdoor natural shower with fresh water
• Parking right next to the house
Location
• About a 5-minute walk to the beach
• About 12-minute drive to the airport
• About an 8-minute drive to the city
• Quiet location surrounded by nature, in the middle of a pine and olive grove
• Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity
You can get around by bus and taxi: the town, the airport, and most beaches are well connected. However, we generally recommend renting a car or scooter on Skiathos to explore the island’s most beautiful spots.
Our villa is situated high up on a mountain, so the beach and bus stops are within walking distance—either downhill or uphill.
