Born from the expert restoration of an ancient rural house (casone), this property has been transformed into a cozy and comfortable holiday home, ideal for those wishing to disconnect from daily routine and immerse themselves in the absolute quiet of the Apulian countryside.
The interiors preserve the untouched architectural charm of the period, featuring beautiful and historic exposed tuff barrel vaults. The spaces have been designed to ensure simple, fast, and functional management of the house, making the stay light and relaxing for the whole family:
Living Area: The entrance opens onto a lovely small living room leading to a bright dining room, complete with a TV and a convenient pantry/storage room. Adjacent to the living room is a compact kitchenette, fully equipped with all the essential accessories and utensils to prepare your meals in total autonomy.
Sleeping Area: A small hallway guarantees maximum privacy for the two bedrooms. You will find a spacious double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a single bedroom. The furnishings, in line with rural tradition, are simple and essential, specifically designed to offer comfort.
Bathroom: Located near the living area, the bathroom is complete in perfect Italian style, equipped with all facilities (including a bidet) and a large, comfortable shower.
